Do I have to be a hotel guest to access the water park?

No, Parrot Cove is open to the general public.  We recommend buying tickets in advance, though.  If you're staying overnight, Heritage Inn & Suites offers great waterpark package options.  

 

Are there towels at the water park?

We do not provide towels, so be sure to bring one from home. We offer lockers where you can store your towel and other belongings.

What is a "cashless" system?

There's nothing worse than soggy money.  Our convenient cashless system allows you to load credits on your wristbands that can be used for purchases in the arcade and for snacks.
